What tools are required to assemble this product? Our buildings have been designed to be built with common DIY tools, such as a Drill, Screwdriver, Saw and a Hammer being the key tools needed to assemble. A Ladder comes in handy for taller buildings and a Spirit Level and Tape Measure are good ways to make sure your building is level and neatly built.

Can I track my order? Your order can be tracked through the account section on our website or by contacting us directly. Does this product come with instructions? All our products come with a digital instruction booklet, which will be emailed to you to read through before your order is delivered! Instructions can also be downloaded from your online login. We also ask you if you can send a photo just so we can confirm everything looks okay before we send our drivers to collect the item.
