Orders are dispatched from our UK based warehouse between Monday and Friday. Current Dispatch timelines are 25th May, 2021 onwards. Deliveries between Mondays and Friday 7am-6pm by our contracted pallet company. Only orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled.

If the order has already been dispatched we will not be able to cancel at that stage and the below policy will apply. It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Received goods must be checked upon receipt. All parcels must be signed for unless courier, at their discretion, delivered to a secure location.

You must send photo evidence so we can assess the damage and report this to our suppliers, so the damaged goods can be rectified. If we are required to replace and collect the faulty item, it is your responsibility to be at home and hand the package to our courier. The collection will be Monday to Friday anytime from 7.00am to 8.00pm All our deliveries are carried out using external carriers.
